Lean Six Intelligence Group was founded by two Lean Six Sigma Black Belts who transitioned into the world of Artificial Intelligence. As we studied AI deeply, we recognized a familiar pattern: organizations were wasting time, money, and opportunity because they were deploying AI without structure, governance, or process discipline.
In Lean Six Sigma, the goal is to reduce waste, eliminate defects, and improve outcomes. In AI, the goal is to build capabilities that are safe, efficient, ethical, and aligned with real business value. We realized those two goals belong together.

Dena is a Certified Artificial Intelligence Scientist through the United States Artificial Intelligence Institute, a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt in healthcare, and a seasoned healthcare operations leader with deep expertise in compliance, regulatory strategy, and quality management. She brings a rigorous understanding of ISO standards, quality systems, and due diligence expectations, ensuring operational integrity across complex healthcare and AI-enabled environments. With a sharp command of industry frameworks, regulatory bodies, and revenue optimization, she delivers precision and strategic discipline to every engagement. A trusted advisor to C-suite leaders and law firms, she is widely regarded as a go-to Subject Matter Expert in healthcare compliance and risk-informed decision-making.
